Please read our shipping and return policy thoroughly before making a purchase.

Shipping/Processing Orders

• Oversize shipping fees apply for large or
bulky items. We will bill you seperately
for $20 additional fee to ship and upgrade you to
to priority or air shipping.
• In stock items usually ship 2-5 business days after you place an order (our processing time). However, most in stock items ship within 24-48 hours, oftentimes even same business day! We do our best to get you packages as soon as we can!
Orders processed will ship M-F (business days minus major holidays). Orders placed on Fridays will ship out the following Monday.
• Out of stock items may take up to 15 business days so please keep this in mind when you are estimating the time you need an item delivered (processing time + shipping time). If we are unable to get the out of stock item for you or the time period is too long, we will refund you the item and ship the rest of your order.
• If you need an item sooner or by a specific date, we suggest you contact us prior to purchase so that we may check our inventory and processing time; we will try our best to accommodate special circumstances to the best of our ability.
• Once we process your order, it may take 2-9 business days in most cases for shipment to reach your destination depending on where it is going and the shipping method selected. We are located in North Carolina.
• All shipping is through UPS.
• Custom order/embroidery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
• Items where we note under each product that are pre-ordered will be charged at time of order and will ship immediately after we receive the item.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Costs

Shipping Fees

• We charge a flat shipping fee of $8.00 for all purchases, regardless of your total with some minor exceptions. This is our standard shipping rate.
• We also offer alternate shipping methods that you can select upon check out. *** Please note, the ship times below are only estimate delivery times and please take into account the processing time before a package is shipped out when determining shipping method. There may also be delays during busy holiday seasons. Most items reach the destination time below after we have processed your order.

º UPS Ground/USPS Priority shipping for small items $8.00 (usually 2-7 business days on average)
º UPS Ground/Priority shipping for large items $20 (usually 2-7 business days on average)
º UPS 2-3 day shipping $28 (usually 2-3 business days on average)
º Next day shipping small items $50.00 (1 business day; only applicable to all in-stock items)
º Next day shipping large items $60 (1 business day; only applicable to all in-stock items)

Shipping Locations

• We will ship our products to any state in the U.S. Please note that shipment to Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges (actual costs), you will be notified if that is the case.

Sorry, but we do not ship international.

Take note, this is business days and the delivery dates provided are estimates only. Delays may occur during holiday seasons. Also, the above is delivery transit dates, there will be processing times depending on items ordered. Please view individual products for the time estimate to process and ship each item. Express mail is available for all instock items, special ordered, embroidered items-please allow extra shipping time.

Please contact us prior to making a purchase if you have any questions regarding the additional fees. If your delivery destination is not listed above, please email us, we will determine if we can ship to your location. The shipping cost above is for packages weighing under 5lb, if our package weights above this, we will contact you if there are additional shipping charges.
Sales Tax
• We collect a sales tax of 6.75% for all NC residents.
• Residents of all other states are responsible for payment of their own taxes.

Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is return to us undelivered for any reason, unclaimed, refusal at your ship to address, incorrect information provided to us, unknown mailing address from mail carrier, missing information or the like will be assessed the shipping fee and at your request, we will reship at an additional shipping charge. Please make sure you enter acurate shipping address and make sure UPS will deliver to the ship to address you provide. If for any reason we are unable to reach/contact you regarding this issue or to verify your shipping address, we will issue you a store credit only (via e-mail), minus a 25% restocking fees and minus any actual shipping fees incurred to us. It is your responsibility to follow up with the order once we have attempted to reach you.
• If you wish to reorder the items, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees incurred. It is pertinent you always verify your shipment address. We cannot be responsible responsible for wrong shipping information as we ship as you provide.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• We typically do not have any issues with lost or damaged packages but they can occur occasionally so we provide shipping confirmation on ALL packages that go out.
• If a package was scanned by UPS as received, whether it was accepted and signed by you or someone else at your residence, neighbors, front office receptionist, recieving department, etc it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for stolen or packages lost in transit otherwise. We ship most packages without signature confirmation unless you specificially request such if you want signature 1.50, please write this in notes section during checkout. Please contact UPS to submit a claim or contact us and we will do our best to assist you in the process. Also note that UPS scans the items right in front of your home before it is delivered so please do not attempt to claim otherwise. We monitor proof of deliveries on all packages that go out.
• If the box arrives and appears damaged, please do not accept or sign for the package; the package will be returned to us. Notify us of this so we know to expect the package. Once the item arrives back to us, we will process the package again.
• If a package gets lost in transit, please file a claim with UPS. When a lost transaction occurs, the two parties involved would be you and UPS. Too Cut Dogs Boutique is not involved in this transaction and so this is out of our control and jurisdiction. Once we hand the package over to UPS, they are then responsible for the package. We will point you in the direction and assist you in any way we can.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns

• Pets, dogs, cats, puppies come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, so we understand! We would gladly accommodate an exchange of your purchase if the item does not fit following our return guidelines below.
• As a courtesy to us, notify us first so we know to expect your returned package. We will provide an RMA # to track and expedite all returns.
• You have 14 days once you receive the item to notify us and return your purchase for a store credit only. We kindly ask that a return is mailed to us immediately after we acknowlege acceptance of your intent to exchange and provide you with an RMA #; you have 14 days from notification of intent to return to get packages back in our posession. We cannot accept a returned item that is months old. Sorry, we cannot offer full refunds.
• Returns will only be accepted if it is in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags or packaging.
• Items sent to us with missing tags, stains, odors, dog hairs etc will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your shipping cost.
• Courtesy exchanges are provided once on most all items; subsequent exchanges will incur a $15 handling fee. (*please see below exceptions on carriers, beds, toys, grooming products, and all sale/clearance items in our sales rack). You pay for cost to reship package.
• The item must be in a resalable condition and we reserve the right to make the final decision. Please return all items in the condition you would like to receive your items.
• You will be held responsible for any damage to merchandise that is caused by your pet. Sorry, we will not be able to honor returns or exchanges for merchandise that is not in its original new condition.
• Items returned to us without prior authorization and RMA # (return merchandise authorization #) will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you. Sorry, we will not be able to make any exceptions.
** Note, all custom made/custom order items, holiday items, and sales rack items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
** Holiday, special occasion clothes, and birthday items are not refundable or exchangeable.
** All items marked sale or clearance are final sale...they are on clearance and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.
• Due to health regulations, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
º belly bands/diapers
º all grooming items (shampoos, conditioners, Petzlife)
º carriers
º beds
º food bowls
º edible products
º any other items we deem unhygienic for resale
****Remember, you would not want to receive the above item used so please respect this. We cannot and will not make exceptions to our policies so we kindly ask that you do not ask this of us.
Product warranty: you must notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving item for us to exchange any defective products. Anything beyond 7 days will be considered usual wear and tear and will have to be worked out between you and the manufacturer.
Pets/puppies will outgrow clothes. Please note that we cannot exchange an item if your pet outgrows their clothes.
• We encourage you to read all relevant product descriptions, sizing and always measure your pet accurately before you make a purchase! Please do not assume your pet is the same size in every item, always look at the size chart we display for every single item as all items come from different manufacturers that uses different size charts.
• If you have any questions about an item, please ask before you make a purchase. We respond to all email inquiries promptly and usually within 24 hours.
• Exchange credit is provided in the form of store credit minus all actual shipping costs (may be more than the $8.00 we charge you depending on costs of shipping and packaging to us) and or restocking/handling fees.
• Again, please take note, just because you pay $8.00 shipping, actual shipping cost may be more and we will issue a store credit minus ACTUAL shipping cost to us.
• Returns to us will be at your shipping cost.
• In the case of shipment that was in our error, we will cover all associated shipping costs and no other fees are applicable. The 48 hour notification applies to this policy.
• We will happily exchange any defective items at our sole discretion and our final determination if it was indeed shipped defective. If an item is damanged or defective, you will receive the same exact replacement item or equivalent item(s) or store credit, sorry, no refunds!! Item in exchange will be at our discretion.
• You have 48 hours of receipt of item (all our packages ship with delivery confirmation and date delivered) to notify us of any defects, damage, and discrepency, and 30 days to mail items back to us (ie, we must have possession of returned item within 30 days of notification of your intent to return the item). We kindly ask that you do not wait months to return an item to us. Anything beyond 48 hours of delivery, we will provide you with the name and contact information of the manufacturer and you will have to contact them for defective product issues. If the order is missing items, you have 48 hours of receiving package to notify us of this discrepency. The date will be post marked on all packages as we have delivery confirmation on all orders that go out.
• We will NOT be responsible for any lost or damanged shipment you return to us and highly recommend insuring and tracking all items. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you store credit minus all shipping costs within 30 days of receiving item(s).
• If you receive free shipping on any items you return, you will be credited the cost of the product(s) minus any actual shipping costs we incur + any associated fees.

Return Instructions

• As a courtesy to us we ask that you notify us prior to any returns or exchanges via email so that we can expect your package.
• Items shipped to us without prior authorization or notification WILL be rejected and returned to you, no exceptions!!
• Once we receive the written request, we will send you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to add to the form provided during shipment of your purchase. Please complete the form and mail item + form to us
• Please mail package back to us in a secure box with appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transit. Use a secure carrier such as UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS. We ask that you use shipping confirmation for your own protection and insure all packages in the event it gets lost or damaged in transit. If there is no confirmation of delivery, lost and or if package is damaged during transit, we will not be responsible for this. We cannot stress enough how imporant it is to package items securely and insure and confirm and you can work it out with the mail carrier for your own protection.
We ask that you mail to us:

1. Product with all tags and packaging in original shape
2. RMA number we provide
3. Original Receipt

Gift Cards: Purchase of gift cards or gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. They must be used for purchase of products in our dog boutique only. Gift cards from Too Cute Dogs boutique have an expiration date of 1 year from date of purchase.

Order cancellations: Once you place an order and would like to cancel all or part of your order, you may be charged a 20% credit card fee to cover the cost of refunds. This is the fee assessed by our credit card processor to process a refund transaction. Orders may only be cancelled if we have not already processed and shipped your order. If an order was shipped and then cancel and if a package is later refused, we will deduct 20% + the acutal shipping cost to us incurred. We reserve the right to make the decision to cancel any orders at our discretion. Please contact Too Cute Dogs Boutique at any time if you need clarification on the above shipping and return policy.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to add/change/remove any parts of this policy at any time and these changes will be effective upon posting. By purchasing items from our online pet boutique, you understand and agree to be bound by our terms of sale, privacy policy, shipping and return policy and by all other provisions as stated throughout our website. Shipping rates and times may change at any given time as dictated by actual shipping costs.
